The purchase contract is concluded with Closd Kunststoffprodukte GmbH, Owners: Christina Wulf, Sebastian Wulf, C/o Am Technologiehof Münster - Gründer Garage, Mendelstraße 11, 48149 Münster, Commercial Register: Münster District Court, HRB 21037.
If you are a consumer (i.e., a natural person who places an order for purposes that are not attributable to your commercial or self-employed professional activity), you have a right of withdrawal in accordance with legal provisions. You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs resulting from your choice of a different type of delivery than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day we receive your withdrawal notice. We will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any fees for this reimbursement. We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
The prices listed on the product pages include the statutory value-added tax and other price components. All products from Closd are delivered to you via Deutsche Post GoGreen. A shipping fee of €1.60 will be charged for deliveries to Germany and Austria.
Payment is processed via the Shopify payment system.
The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Closd Kunststoffprodukte GmbH, C/o Am Technologiehof Münster - Gründer Garage, Mendelstraße 11, 48149 Münster, Germany) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory. If you use this option, we will promptly confirm receipt of your withdrawal (e.g., via email).
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal

You must return the goods without delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract, to us or to Closd Kunststoffprodukte GmbH, C/o Am Technologiehof Münster - Gründer Garage, Mendelstraße 11, 48149 Münster, Germany. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.
You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is attributable to handling them in a way that is not necessary for checking their nature, properties, and functioning.
